(zipper)Color fastness mainly includes the washing and friction resistance of products, which generally refers to the fading degree of dyed fabrics under the action of external factors (extrusion, friction, soaping, rain, exposure, etc.) in the process of use or processing. As a manufacturer, when selecting zipper suppliers, we should pay attention to three color fastness of zippers: Sun fastness, soaping fastness and color transfer dyeing, so as to avoid these problems and improve the quality of clothing.

Fastness to sunlight(zipper）
Generally speaking, sweat stains occur with the sun. Therefore, the sun fastness mentioned here is not single, it includes dual fastness to sun and sweat. Different degrees of sunlight will lead to a series of photochemical reactions, promote the structural damage of the dye itself, resulting in discoloration and fading. At the same time, the presence of sweat will make the pH value weak acidic or weak alkaline, which will also significantly reduce the sun fastness of some disperse dyes. Therefore, this compound effect is very different from the simple fastness to sunlight or perspiration. However, through some preventive measures, the sun fastness of the composite can be enhanced, so as to keep the color of the zipper bright for a long time. Therefore, when choosing some zipper products, we should choose those zippers that have been enhanced by UV resistance, or directly choose zippers with high sun fastness.
